Eric Anderson is the Director of Risk, Regulation & Compliance for the Pathogen Control Alliance (PCA) at MicroLumix Bioscience Technologies. He leads the company’s regulatory strategy, compliance readiness, and operational risk reduction initiatives across healthcare and shared public environments. By helping organizations identify operational vulnerabilities, Eric supports the alignment of day-to-day safety objectives with evolving regulatory and compliance priorities.

At MicroLumix, Eric works closely with hospital executives, infection prevention and control (IPC) teams, and quality leaders to advance infrastructure-based protection strategies designed to reduce environmental exposure risks. He guides healthcare systems through the evaluation and adoption of Managed Contamination Infrastructure (MCI) and automated protection technologies focused on reducing risks across High-Volume Touchpoints (HVTs).

Eric brings more than 20 years of experience as a healthcare operations executive, having led operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and environmental safety initiatives across complex healthcare systems both domestically and internationally. His leadership experience spans more than 800 healthcare facilities throughout the United States, with additional operational support reaching 13 countries.

An experienced leader in high-pressure regulatory environments, Eric’s track record includes successfully launching 53 healthcare startup initiatives within a two-year period, supporting 13 Joint Commission inspections with zero Environmental Services findings, and helping improve HCAHPS performance from 55 percent to 72.2 percent within a single quarter.

Eric’s leadership approach combines operational discipline, strategic risk management, and regulatory awareness with a strong commitment to patient safety, workforce accountability, and long-term organizational resilience.
