Built in Jacksonville. Designed for Global Impact.
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Jacksonville’s growing reputation as a destination for technology, innovation and talent is creating new opportunities for companies building their future in Northeast Florida—including MicroLumix Bioscience Technologies.
Headquartered on the 42nd floor of the Bank of America Tower in downtown Jacksonville, MicroLumix is building a bioscience technology company with a vision that extends across the United States and around the world.
That vision closely aligns with conversations taking place throughout Jacksonville about the city’s continued growth.
MicroLumix leaders recently had the opportunity to hear Jacksonville Mayor Donna Deegan discuss the importance of technology and innovation, attracting companies and talented professionals, and continuing the momentum underway across the city.
The message comes as independent research points to Jacksonville’s growing position within the technology sector.
CBRE’s 2026 Scoring Tech Talent report ranks Jacksonville #39 among 50 leading technology-talent markets across the United States and Canada. Jacksonville climbed four positions in the annual ranking, placing it among the markets showing the greatest improvement. The report also found that Jacksonville’s tech-talent workforce grew 23% between 2022 and 2025.
For MicroLumix, those trends reinforce the opportunity to build and grow in Jacksonville while pursuing a much larger mission.
During the event, MicroLumix leadership also had the opportunity to connect with Mayor Deegan and distinguished military and community leaders. Those conversations provide an opportunity to strengthen connections within the Jacksonville community and introduce more local leaders to the technology, people and mission behind MicroLumix.
As those relationships continue, MicroLumix looks forward to welcoming community leaders to its Jacksonville headquarters and sharing more about the work being developed here.
The company’s long-term vision includes growing its presence in Jacksonville, creating new opportunities, attracting talented professionals and expanding the reach of its technology throughout the United States and internationally.
Jacksonville may be where that work begins, but its potential reaches much farther.
We want MicroLumix to be part of Jacksonville’s growth—building here, creating opportunities here, and taking technology developed here to communities around the world.
Our home is Jacksonville. Our mission is global.
MicroLumix Bioscience Technologies is committed to protecting the vulnerable from the dangers of contaminated surfaces.
